Jerry Zhao

Jerry Zhao founded an import/export company from scratch and successfully grew it into a medium-sized business. Later, he earned an MBA from UT Austin and went on to work at Microsoft in management positions for 17 years. Jerry has unique expertise that spans corporate finance, sales excellence, and operations.

After the 2020 election, Jerry became acutely aware of the political divide in his community, where many of his neighbors in California were Biden supporters. The large Trump flag in my front yard became a symbol of contrast, and their reactions ultimately inspired his family’s move to North Carolina, where they felt our conservative votes could truly make an impact.

During the 2024 election, Jerry took an active role in mobilizing support for President Trump. Jerry organized Asian-American volunteers to knock on 2,000 doors, mailed out 1,800 voter guides, and coordinated over 50 poll-greeting shifts during early voting and on Election Day. His ultimate goal is to see North Carolina firmly turn red, and he is fully committed to working toward that vision becoming reality.
