Jack Clark

Jack Clark is originally from Washington DC (the city, not NoVa). He went to undergrad at Duke, got a master’s at UNC, and has lived in Durham and Wake counties ever since. All that to say, he is used to being vastly outnumbered politically.

Jack has his CPA and spent the early part of his career auditing in the private sector. He recently spent one term as a Research Assistant for an NC State Representative. It was there he was inspired to run for State Auditor. He won in the primary but lost a close runoff to a candidate who outspent him nearly 30 to 1.

Jack now works again in the private sector as an accounting manager in order to provide for his new daughter, Rachel, who was born this July, and his NC native wife, Nicole. He is passionate about politics, wants to build a big-tent Republican party, and strives to bring integrity into everything he does.
